Terms of use
Last updated 29 October 2026.
These terms apply when you use showmyticket.in. By using the website you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the website.
About the website
ShowMyTicket.in describes our event registration, staffing, reporting, ticketing and marketing services, lists events and lets you send us enquiries and messages. Services for an event are provided under a separate proposal or agreement with the organiser, and that agreement governs those services.
Event listings
Event details are provided by organisers. We check listings before publishing them, but organisers are responsible for their events, including dates, venues, line-ups, prices, age limits and refunds. Events can change or be cancelled; check with the organiser before you travel.
Booking through other websites
Some listings link to an organiser’s or a third party’s booking page. Bookings made there are between you and that seller, under their terms and refund policy. We’re not responsible for the content or services of websites we link to.
Enquiries and messages
When you send an enquiry, give accurate details and send only information you are entitled to share. An enquiry doesn’t create a contract; a proposal becomes binding only when both sides accept it in writing.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the website: no attempts to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, send spam through its forms or copy its content in bulk.
Intellectual property
The ShowMyTicket.in name, logo and website content belong to us or our licensors. Event images and descriptions belong to their organisers. You may not reuse them without permission.
Liability
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and can’t guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
